Coastal Salt Infusion Workshop

Demonstration of Salt making Infusion Techniques: Particpants will learn how we take local wateer to create or sea salt and various methods for infusing salt with coastal flavors. 

Hands-On Activity:Particapants can  get hands-on experience by creating their own infused salts. We provide a variety of ingredients such as herbs, spices, citrus zest for you  to experiment with.

Cooking with Infused Salt: Prepare a few simple dishes using the infused salts to showcase their versatility and flavor-enhancing properties.

Tasting and Discussion: After cooking, participant can taste the dishes and discuss their experiences with the infused salts.  Share your thoughts on flavor profiles and potential uses in their own cooking.

Q&A Session:  The workshop will conclude with a question-and-answer session where participants can ask any remaining questions about coastal salt infusion or cooking techniques.
